  • What’s included in base hire?

Our base venue hire provides exclusive use of the church and surrounding grounds for your event, giving you the freedom to create your own unique experience.

This includes: full use of the Church building and surrounding grounds, two indoor restroom facilities, power and water, indoor heating/cooling, ambient lighting, and a generous parking area for guests and vendors.

  • Do we need a planner?

Yes – we highly recommend working with a planner or coordinator on the day. While we provide the venue and are here to support, having a dedicated planner ensures your event runs smoothly from start to finish. They’ll help manage timelines, vendors, styling, and all the little details, so you can relax and enjoy the moment.

  • Can we bring our own alcohol?

BYO alcohol is not permitted under our standard hire options. However, if you book the Estate Exclusive Package, you’ll have the option to supply your own beverages .

For all other bookings, we offer a cash bar or beverage packages to suit your event through our catering partner. Our team is happy to work with you to tailor a drinks service that complements your event or celebration.

  • How late can we stay?

We offer flexible access to the venue, with outdoor spaces available for use throughout the day and evening. While we’re happy to accommodate a wide range of event timings, please note that some noise restrictions may apply, particularly for outdoor activities in the late evening. While the venue is remote, we do our best not to upset the neighbours!

Let us know more about your plans, and we’ll work with you to find a schedule that suits your event and meets local guidelines. As a guide, last call is generally 12am.

  • What is the capacity?

Inside the Church, we can comfortably seat up to 120 guests or host 150 standing for ceremonies or gatherings.

With use of the outdoor grounds and the option to add a marquee, we can accommodate events of 300+ guests.

Please note that for larger groups, additional conditions may apply—such as the need for extra bathroom facilities or site planning requirements. We’re happy to discuss the best setup for your event.

  • Who does the Catering? Can we have food trucks?

We offer the flexibility for you to choose any caterer you like, giving you full freedom to design a menu that suits your event style and taste. There are many amazing local catering options, and we’re happy to recommend some of our favourites.

Food trucks are also a great option and work beautifully with our outdoor setup. While there isn’t a dedicated kitchen on-site, our venue is well-suited to off-site catering and mobile kitchens. We just ask that caterers and food trucks manage their own staffing, waste and rubbish as part of their service.
