Estate Exclusive

Our Estate Package offers full exclusive access to Waikākā Church and its beautiful grounds for a full day plus pack in and out, giving you the time and freedom to create a fully bespoke event. It is a full dry hire, indoor and outdoor spaces, and the flexibility to bring in your own vendors, beverages, styling, and setup. Ideal for weddings, large celebrations, or multi-day events, this package is designed to give you total control and privacy to bring your vision to life.

Signature Package

Our Signature Package is a flexible, half-day hire. Full access to the church and its surrounding grounds for the duration of your event. Designed for those who want the charm of the venue with the ability to customise their day, this package allows you to build your event to suit your needs. From furniture and bar service to staffing, staging, or add more hours you can select the add-ons that best fit your style, guest numbers, and budget.

Short & Sweet

Our Short & Sweet Package is perfect for intimate gatherings, elopements, vow renewals, or private ceremonies. This three-hour hire includes access to the church and surrounding grounds, with seating for up to 40 guests and the option to add bar service, extra seating, or additional time. It’s a simple, elegant solution for those wanting a beautiful setting without the full-day commitment.

Wet Weather Back Up

Our Wet Weather Back Up package offers a beautiful and reliable indoor, warm backup option for outdoor ceremonies or events likely to be affected by unpredictable weather.  It’s a stress-free solution that ensures your special moment goes ahead, rain or shine.

We’re proud to support our local community by offering bespoke packages tailored to suit any event or gathering. Whether you’re planning a casual get-together, a charity fundraiser, or a community celebration, we can create a customised solution that fits your needs perfectly.
Partial areas of the venue can be booked for small events, meetings, or workshops, offering a unique and peaceful setting.

Bar & Beverage Catering

We offer a flexible range of bar and beverage catering services to suit your event style and budget. Choose from a convenient cash bar option, all-inclusive beverage packages, or custom drinks designed just for you. Curated selections include quality wines, craft beers, and low- or no-alcohol options, with glassware, bar setup, and bar staff included. For those booking our Estate Exclusive Package, a BYO option is also available (conditions apply), giving you the freedom to supply your own beverages while still enjoying our bar facilities.
